Kanosuke is back with its Distillery Exclusive #004 - this time a non-peated single malt distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2022, having been matured in American Oak Recharred Casks for 3 years followed by another year in an ex-Bourbon cask. This was produced using imported UK malt and using all three of Kanosuke's pot stills, with a total outturn of 1,910 bottles.

Taste

Light, lemongrass, oily milk candy.

Finish

Ginger, blood orange, fresh flavors continue.

It it bottled at 55% ABV and priced at 3,960 JPY, to be retailed onsite at the distillery.
