Sydney's Manly Spirits has created a Pina Colada-inspired gin, "The Beaches", by combining and infusing the mix of mango, coconut and pine-n-line ice cream.

The new expression was launched to usher in summer in the Southern Hemisphere, with artist Tegan Franks creating a label that shows surfers and beachgoers swimming among the sea life native to the northern beaches of Australia.

The Manly Spirits Distillery Gin School with its 15 miniature stills came in handy as the laboratory used to figure out the best combination of distilled and infused tropical fruits, marine elements and traditional Aussie dry gin notes that worked to make this ‘Gin-a-Colada’.”

The limited edition 40% ABV "The Beaches Gin" will be priced at AU$95, with AU$5 from every bottle of the expression sold going to the Australian Marine Conservation Society, Australia's sole national charity dedicated to protecting the country's ocean wildlife.
