As Singapore marks its 60th birthday, a band of spirits bars in the country have come together in what is likely the most expansive collaboration yet - 6 single casks of whiskies bottled as part of the SG60 Collection.

The eight bars included in the collaboration are Quaich Bar, Signature Reserve, The Auld Alliance, Luss Restaurant & Bar, The Writing Club, D. Bespoke, The ExciseMan Wine & Whisky Bar, and The Single Cask Singapore, who've come together to support the 6 single casks of whiskies specially selected by the respective distilleries of Bunnahabhain, Bladnoch, Tipperary, Tomintoul, Springbank and Tomatin. Each cask selected has been chosen to reflect the distillery's visits to Singapore (in particular for the mega event Whisky Journey which takes place towards the end of each year), and has been bottled directly by the distilleries, at the distilleries.

The 6 single cask whisky expressions are:

• Bunnahabhain 2009 (312 Bottles, SGD $320), 15 Year Old, Ruby Port Cask Finish, 63.6% ABV - reveals a rich, sweet, and chocolatey profile. 
• Tomatin 2012 (278 Bottles, SGD $290), 13 Year Old, matured in a Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique, 58.2% ABV
• Tomintoul 2011 (247 Bottles, SGD$360), 14 Year Old Cask #3482, aged in a Bourbon barrel, 63.7% ABV - sweet, dried fruit and nutty notes. 
• Springbank 2004 (228 Bottles, SGD$800), 20 Year Old, matured in a refill Port hogshead, 53.5% ABV 
• Bladnoch 2018 (319 Bottles, SGD$320), 7 Year Old, First Fill Oloroso Hogshead, 58.8% ABV
• Tipperary 2017 (306 Bottles, SGD$300), 8 Year Old, Mezcal Cask, 56.4% ABV - a beautiful union of Irish Single Malt from Tipperary’s very own farm grown barley with a mezcal finish created specially for the occasion.

Bottles of the SG60 Collection will be made available for pre-order at The Whisky Store website, as well as in person at all participating bar outlets starting from August 2025. A special launch package that will run from August to September 2025 will see pre-orders of all 6 whisky expressions priced together at SGD$1,965. Bottles will be delivered in October 2025.
