I really enjoyed @rhumtroisrivieres’ Cuvée Bèlè from Martinique, selected from the single limousine cognac cask no. 22-4 and bottled at 52% abv by @cormancollins. This agricole rhum was distilled on 30 June 2005 and bottled on 28 September 2018, aged for a full 13 years in the tropics.

The cognac cask really makes for an elegant and warm profile, thick caramel and grapes from the cognac influence, some baking spices and citrus. A nice conversational rum made for nights with friends. Thanks @madame_rum and @gavrochegroup!
