Overall - 2nd bottle of 🍶 to complete the evening at Orihara Shoten on Chinese New Year Day 1. Made with a unique 🍶🌾, the Dewasansan, which is a cross between Miyama Nishiki and Hanafubuki. It usually produces a very fragrant type of 🍶. First 👃consist of 🍈, 🍏 and vanilla aroma. The taste is light with little umami and a short length making it consistent with a Junmai Daiginjo type 🍶. The medium sweetness balances the light body and fragrance of the 🍶. I was pairing it with Tatami Iwashi and Garlic marinated in Miso. And the manager was kind enough to also offer me to try a bowl of Dashiwari using warm 🍶 mixing it with the Oden soup. Absolutely Umai!
Overall, this is a very good 🍶.
