Notes - Zaku Z in a 750ml bottle (most 🍶 comes in 720ml) with undisclosed 🌾 but likely brewed with Mie no Yume 🌾. Mie no Yume is a table 🌾 and grown locally in Mie Prefecture. This 🍶 is light and clean in the mouth with soft tones of 🍚. Gentle and yet with some crisp making it very palatable. Some spiciness can be felt in the inner cheeks as it slides down the throat and ending with a bitter aftertaste that slowly transform into a gentle sweetness that envelops the throat.

No food pairing for this one as I only wanted to drink some 🍶 for the night while catching up on HK drama. The 🍶 is smooth and easy enough to drink on its own and before realizing it, half a bottle is gone. Another good 🍶 to recommend from Zaku. 👍 👍 👍
