Halloween Hits At The Ritz With Republic Bar's Spooky Specials: 31st October 2024

This Halloween, guests of the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore can look forward to Halloween-themed specials at Republic bar.

The Spooky Sour.

Head Bartender Kelvin Saquilayan has conjured two new drinks for the occasion. Notably, the Spooky Sour ($26), is a mix of pumpkin spice, Aperol, and citrus, rimmed with cranberry reduction.

The Spooky Sour Set.

Republic highly recommends that guests pair it with Sous Chef Dharam Raj's Salmon Crudo and Bloody Mary Vinaigrette as part of the Spooky Sour Set ($38).

The Salmon Crudo can also be enjoyed a la carte for $24!

The Draco's Remedy.

Fear not, those less inclined toward alcohol can also enjoy Draco's Remedy ($22), a refreshing mocktail that combines beetroot, apple, honey-lychee, and tonic. For an extra spooky vibe, it is also garnished with lychee "eyeballs" that watch your every move.

The Halloween specials follow Republic's menu revamp earlier this year, which  hearkened the arrival of 16 new cocktails that drew inspiration from the roaring 1960s. Split into four concepts — icons, media, aesthetics, and innovation — each pays homage to the key turning points that came to define the generation.

The new food menu also took inspiration from Singapore's humble beginnings of the 60s, it styles itself as a representation of the melting-pot of cuisines brought forth by immigration.
