London's Bar Termini's Bottled Negronis Launches in Singapore

London's Rome-inspired cafe bar Bar Termini is launching its signature bottled Negronis and new Il Diciotto amaro in Singapore - the first time its bottled cocktails are finding its way into Asia.

Bar Termini has a history of innovating on bottled negronis. In 2014, the team experimented with cooking the liquid sous vide at a low temperature, creating a result that is almost identical to a bottle-aged cocktail. Each of the Negronis is bottled at sipping strength, giving the advantage of a perfectly balanced cocktail poured with speed and ease.

Bar Termini is a 1950s-inspired Italianate bar in Soho.

Four bottled Negroni varieties will be available in Singapore, each designed to blend complex bitter and sweet notes with a hint of citrus fruits and botanicals.

The Negroni Classico (S$92 / 750ml) is the quintessential aged Negroni, a traditional blend of London dry gin, Italian vermouth and Campari for the perfect aperitivo.

The Negroni Superiore (S$92 / 750ml), builds on the Clasico with an infusion of pink peppercorns for a subtly spicy and aromatic finish.

For a delicately floral twist, the Negroni Rosato (S$92 / 750ml) infuses dried pink rose petals into the traditional recipe.

Negroni Robusto (S$98 / 750ml) sees an extended ageing period beyond the Classico for depth and a more robust flavour

The Il Diciotto (S$40 / 500ml) also offers a modern take on the traditional Italian Amaro, and was handcrafted in London with 18 carefully chosen natural botanicals including citrus fruits, flowers, herbs, and roots. Hailing from Bergamo, Italy, founder Alessandro Belometti gained an appreciation for the complex and nuanced flavours of amaro and set out to create his own version which first launched as the house amaro at Bar Termini. Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, Il Diciotto is versatile and suitable for any occasion.

The bottled cocktails will be available to enjoy at the bar or purchase at Wildcard (405 Havelock Rd, #01-03 Furama RiverFront, Singapore 169633). Wildcard is open Wednesday through Friday, 8am - 11pm, Saturdays 9am - 11pm and Sundays, 9am - 6pm, with seasonally themed coffee and wine programmes.
