Two of Islay's most iconic distilleries that are also under Diageo's stable, Caol Ila and Lagavulin, are set to host unforgettable events that will enthral festival-goers. At Caol Ila distillery on 29th May, visitors will experience a one-of-a-kind event featuring their new visitor center with a unique Fèis Ìle twist. The day will be filled with live music performances and exclusive whisky experiences, all against the backdrop of the breathtaking views that surround the distillery.

Sam Hale, the distillery manager, will guide attendees through a whisky journey featuring his favorite drams, including the much-anticipated 2023 expression. The Caol Ila x Islay Cocoa tasting, overlooking the stunning Paps of Jura, will add a delightful touch to this extraordinary experience.

On 27th May, Lagavulin Distillery will also open its doors, showcasing a lively mix of music and whisky tastings that celebrate the spirit of Islay. Highlights include the highly anticipated warehouse tasting hosted by Lagavulin legend Iain McArthur and tastings led by Distillery Manager, Jordan Paisley, who will explore Fèis Ìle expressions from over the years and reveal this year's unique bottling.
