Southeast Asia’s Debut Moutai Lifestyle House Opens at Singapore's Fullerton Waterboat House

Kweichow Moutai will be launching the Moutai House Singapore inside the historic Fullerton Waterboat House in October.

Spanning three stories, the venue is the world’s first brand experience space designed to the official China Moutai Global Retail Store Identity System, marking a landmark milestone in the brand's international expansion.

The intent is to have the new venue be a welcoming destination for both longtime aficionados and a new generation of drinkers.

The house will also bring together three renowned names under one roof: Kweichow Moutai, China’s national spirit; Singapore-founded Imperial Treasure, with a total of 8 MICHELIN Stars worldwide; and the team behind acclaimed Singapore bar Nutmeg & Clove.

Guests can immerse themselves in Moutai’s rich heritage through a multisensory journey, discover rare vintage collectibles, and savor curated culinary pairings, all while taking in Singapore’s skyline with signature Moutai-inspired cocktails in hand.

Moutai Experiential Centre

The Moutai Experiential Centre takes guests on a multisensory journey through the culture, history and craftsmanship behind Moutai.

It promises a multisensory journey of sight, scent, touch, and taste introduces visitors to Moutai’s raw ingredients, time-honored techniques, complex flavor profile, and enduring place in Chinese culture.

There will also be a centrepiece boasting Southeast Asia’s first dedicated birth-year Moutai collection, featuring annual vintages dating back to 1965, the year Singapore gained independence. Guests can also seek out bottles connected to birthdays, anniversaries and other milestones.

The centre will showcase more than 300 exclusive and collectible Moutai labels. The selection ranges from approachable bottles to exceptional rarities valued at up to S$1 million, offering an unprecedented view of the breadth and evolution of Moutai.

Exclusive to the local market, the Kweichow Moutai Discovery Collection Singapore will blend traditional Chinese motifs with Southeast Asian design elements. The collection unifies the iconic red palette of Moutai's Feitian trademark with Singapore’s national orchid, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.

Imperial Treasure Moutai House

Home-grown restaurant Imperial Treasure has partnered with Moutai to curate a dining experience that intends to pair the delicate artistry of Huaiyang cuisine with the bold, vibrant flavors of Guizhou.

Leveraging Imperial Treasure’s Michelin-starred culinary legacy, the partnership elevates Moutai beyond a traditional spirit for toasting, presenting it as a sophisticated pairing for finely crafted Chinese cuisine.

SOHAUS

Crowning the destination is SOHAUS, an elevated rooftop sanctuary overlooking Singapore’s skyline and waterfront. Blending "Social" with "Haus", it was developed through a partnership between Moutai House and Singapore’s homegrown Nutmeg Collective, whose flagship bar Nutmeg & Clove ranked #12 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and #50 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025.

The drinks program features eight original signature cocktails spotlighting Moutai, alongside eight classic recipes reinterpreted with distinct Moutai flavors and elements.

Designed for both seasoned baijiu drinkers and those discovering the spirit for the first time, the menu is said to offer a contemporary and approachable introduction to Moutai’s versatility and complex flavour profile.
