On Tuesday 18 April in Singapore, an electrifying fusion dining experience from Melbourne (and Japan) is coming your way! Nama, the Japanese-inspired private dining sensation from Melbourne, is set to dazzle us, challenging conventional catering and pop-up dining like never before. 

For one evening, tropical-themed cocktail bar Low Tide Bar in Singapore (run by Jay Gray and company) will transform into a haven of tantalizing flavors, as Nama takes the reins in the Low Tide kitchen and brings its unique dining extravaganza.

Expect an abundance of fresh, locally-sourced produce served family-style, with the brilliant chef trio: Drew Thornton, Harry Thornton and Geoff Marett, who honed his skills at Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Yardbird. Molly Murnane will be ensuring a seamless experience as the maître d' for the night.

Prepare your tastebuds for an exquisite menu of sharing-friendly small plates, featuring Nama's iconic Ebi Toast with Namamite, sesame, chives, and Yarra Valley caviar, and the mouthwatering Crispy Whitebait with crispy potato, yuzu kosho mayo, and lemon. But wait, there's more! Feast on a divine selection of yakitori such as Chicken Heart with yuzu kosho verde, chives, and lemon, and the delectable Moreton Bay Bug with dashi bernaise, chives, and lemon. 

On the drinks front, anticipate Sunday's Whisky and Fernet Hunter Classics with a twist of delightful surprises, and don't miss the Singapore premiere of the Awa Awa Ume Ume Canned Umeshu Highball!
