This drink is found in Harry Craddock’s ‘Savoy Cocktail Book.’ I used Laird’s Applejack in place of the Calvados. @anderserickson made this drink on his channel and chose to adjust the specs, increasing the gin and decreasing the Apricot.

1oz APRICOT LIQUEUR (#rothmanandwinter)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain into chilled martini glass
•Express oils from an orange peel on top
