Angostura Colada:
Celebrating 5000 followers with a drink I have always wanted to make. The Angostura Colada was created by Zac Overman at Café Fort Defiance in Brooklyn. It replaces most of the rum with spicy angostura bitters. Believe me, it is good!

1.5oz ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
1/2oz OVERPROOF RUM (@appletonestate)
2oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1.5oz CREAM OF COCONUT (@coco.lopez.usa)
1oz FRESH LIME JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Pour over crushed ice in tiki glass
•Garnish with pineapple fronds and orange slice
