This is the first recipe I’ve made that used beer. It won a contest in 2016 put on by Bacardi in Belarus. It was interesting to say the least. ————— 1.5oz WHITE RUM (@bacardi) 1/3oz CAMPARI (@campariofficial) 1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE 1/2oz 3:1 HONEY SYRUP 1oz IPA ————— •Combine ingredients sans beer and shake •Strain over large rock of ice in rocks glass •Top with beer •Garnish with lemon peel
