Aperol Sunset:

This recipe I got the @theeverydayem. I feel like this would be super good batched and served on a summer day.

1.5oz APEROL (@aperolspritzofficial)
1oz VODKA (@titosvodka)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
2oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
—————
•Rub the rim of a rocks glass with lemon, dip in sugar
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over ice
•Garnish with lemon wheel
