Created in 2019 by Jeremy Oretel at Donna Bar in Brooklyn, this drink tiki-fies the bitter Cynar. It’s worth getting a bottle of the stuff just for this drink.

1/2oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz ORGEAT (@liquidalchemist)
