Can you tell I’m ready to go on vacation? This is maybe the most famous blue drink. Fresh squeezed pineapple juice improves this drink mightily.

1.5oz WHITE RUM (@bacardi)
3/4oz BLUE CURAÇAO (@dekuypercocktails)
3/4oz COCONUT CREAM
2oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Strain over crushed ice
•Garnish with pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry
