This one looks pretty but the balance is a bit off. The Pink Lady is the superior lady.

3/4oz BLUE CURAÇAO (@de_kuyper_cocktails)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
EGG WHITE

•Dry shake to aerate egg white
•Add large rock of ice and vigorously shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora
•Garnish with orange peel
