1.5oz SPICED RUM (@mcmenamins)
1/2oz 1 :1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz DRY CURAÇAO (@ferrandcognac)
CINNAMON AND SUGAR

•Rub the rim of a chilled coupe glass with lemon, dip in cinnamon and sugar
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into coupe
•Garnish with orange peel
