I saw this recipe on @philsdrinks and had to reshake. It’s a well-balanced cocktail that is aided nicely by some cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. Don’t skip that part.

1.5oz BLANCO TEQUILA (@milagrotequila)
1/2oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
3/4oz FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz GINGER SYRUP (@liquidalchemist)
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake to aerate egg
•Add large rock of ice and vigorously shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with sprinkle of cayenne pepper
