5oz CHAMPAGNE
3/4oz VSOP COGNAC (@ferrandcognac)
SUGAR CUBE
4 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Saturate sugar cube with bitters on a barspoon, Place it in Champagne glass
•Add cognac and champagne
