Getting a little nervous about how much Green Chartreuse I have left. Thankfully this drink was worth using some of it. Scaré bleu!

2oz VSOP COGNAC (@abk6cognac)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2 oz GREEN CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse_uk)
1/4oz 1 :1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1 dash ANGUSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled martini glass
•Garnish with lemon twist
