Chartreuse Swizzle

Chartreuse Swizzle:

A cocktail only for those daring enough to use 1.5oz of their precious green chartreuse. (Not pictured: the grated nutmeg that is supposed to go on top).

1.5oz GREEN CHARTREUSE
1/2oz VELVET FALERNUM (@jdt_velvet_falernum)
1oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
NUTMEG

•Combine ingredients and whip shake with a small amount of crushed ice
•Open pour over crushed ice in collins glass
•Use barspoon or swizzle stick to stir
•Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and mint sprig
