3/4oz GINGER SYRUP (@liquidalchemist)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1 STRAWBERRY
Top SODA WATER

•Muddle strawberry in shaker
•Add ingredients sans soda and shake
•Double strain over ice in highball
•Top soda water
•Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger
