Chocolate Negroni:

Another Negroni riff that isn’t necessarily an improvement, but is darn good. A more robust vermouth like a Punt E Mas might round it out a bit more, but I just love Dolin.

3/4oz CAMPARI (@campariofficial)
3/4oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/4oz CREME DE CACAO
3 dashes CHOCOLATE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice
•Express oils from orange peel, garnish
