1.5oz GIN (@plymouthgin)
1/2oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
1/2oz FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1/4oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
1/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
—————
•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Express oils from grapefruit peel on top, use as garnish
