(I used Jamaican rum because that’s all I had.) ————— 1oz DOMINICAN RUM 1oz BLANCO TEQUILA (@hornitostequila) 1/2oz 2:1 SIMPLE SYRUP 1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE 1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE 2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse) EGG WHITE ————— •Combine ingredients in one side of the shaker, and egg white in the other •vigorously dry shake for 10 seconds •Add a large rock of ice and shake more •Double strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass
