Daiquiri Old Fashioned:

I found this recipe while thumbing through the ‘Café Royal’ cocktail book. Throughout the book, Cuban rum is referred to as ‘daiquiri rum.’ As I learn more about rum and expand outside of just Tiki, I’m finding that rum can be very versatile.

2oz DAIQUIRI RUM (Cuban) (@havanaclub)
2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (@angosturahouse)
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS
1 SUGAR CUBE

•Muddle sugar with bitters
•Add rum and stir
•Strain over large rock of ice
•Garnish with mint sprig
