Another New Orleans classic. A sweeter version of the Manhattan that combines Benedictine and absinthe to create a distinct black licorice flavor. I’m one of those weirdos who loves black licorice.

1/2oz BENEDICTINE (@benedictineliqueur)
1 barspoon ABSINTHE (@lucid_absinthe)
2 dashes PEYCHAUD’S BITTERS (@peychaudsaperitivo)
