Another tiki drink from @smugglerscovesf, this one from Trader Vic. I used absinthe in place of herbsaint which resulted in a tasty drink, but curious how it’s supposed to taste.

2.5oz JAMAICAN RUM (@appletonestateusa)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)
1/4oz GRENADINE (@liberandco)
1/4oz HERBSAINT
1oz SELTZER

•Combine ingredients and whip shake
•Pour over crushed ice
•Garnish with pineapple fronds and cocktail cherry
