This recipe comes from London bartender Kevin Armstrong. You get to play with fire so that’s fun. I was thrilled with the way this drink came out. Just excellent.

1/4oz CAMPARI (@campariusa)
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz SIMPLE SYRUP
1 dash PASSIONFRUIT SYRUP (@liberandco)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double Strain into chilled nick & nora
•Express oils from orange coin over flame from a lit match on top
