Elderflower Margarita:

I’ve discovered recently that elderflower is a worthy and delicious substitute for triple sec. Any drink that calls for Cointreau, try it with St Germain instead and it’ll be excellent!

1oz BLANCO TEQUILA (@tresagaves)
1oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
1/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
—————
•Rub the rim of a coupe glass with lime, dip in salt
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into coupe
•Garnish with lime twist
