MarTIKI. Get it? Like martini?? This recipe was conceived in 2019 by Martin Hudak at Maybe Sammy in Sydney, NSW. The combination of pineapple juice and coffee is shocking at first but actually quite lovely.

1.5oz PINEAPPLE RUM (@planterayrum)
1 ESPRESSO SHOT
1oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz COFFEE LIQUEUR (@mrblackspirits)
1/2oz ORGEAT (@liquidalchemist)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with coffee beans and dehydrated pineapple
