A gin sour without the egg white, or a Tom Collins without the soda. Either way you look at it, it’s a delicious and refreshing drink.

3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 2:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Strain over ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with a lemon wheel
