One of the most well known and festive cocktails out there. You can make it with cognac instead of gin if you’d prefer!

2oz SPARKLING WINE
1oz GIN (@plymouthgin)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP
—————
•Pour wine in champagne flute
•Shake remaining ingredients
•Double strain into flute with champagne
•Garnish with lemon twist
