Kristen Wiig’s character in the Apple+ series ‘Palm Royale’ frequently drank these. Now that I have the ingredients I think it will become a Christmas Eve staple. I used half and half instead of heavy cream and I thought it was perfect.

1.5oz CRÈME De MENTHE (@dekuypercocktails)
1.5oz WHITE CRÈME De CACAO (#drillaudliqueur)
1oz HEAVY CREAM or HALF AND HALF
—————
•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Shave chocolate on top garnish with mint leaf
