Please don’t yell at me for posting another chartreuse recipe. I know you don’t have any. My bottle is getting sooo low too. The end is near and I’m scared.

3/4oz GREEN CHARTREUSE (@chartreuse1605)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake
•Add large rock of ice to shaker and shake vigorously
•Double strain over ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with lime wheel and cherry
