A tropical bourbon cocktail born on Waikiki Beach in the 1930’s.

1/2oz GRENADINE (@liberandco)
1/4oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)
1/2oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH ORANGE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with pineapple fronds
