Hemingway Daiquiri:

The original drink by Ernest Hemingway was just lime juice and a double serving of rum. What we now call the ‘Hemingway Daiquiri’ introduces maraschino liqueur for sweetness and grapefruit juice.

1.5oz WHITE RUM (@bacardi)
1/4oz MARASCHINO LIQUEUR (@luxardoofficial)
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4oz FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1/2oz SEMI-RICH SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora glass
•Garnish with lime wheel and cherry
