Henrietta:

I’m not sure the origin of this cocktail, and I know there is also a bourbon cocktail named the ‘Henrietta,’ but I got this recipe from @bestbars.ch. It is a flavorful and refreshing drink.

2oz GIN (@hendricksgin)
1/2oz CAMPARI (@campariofficial)
1/3oz ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR (@stgermaindrinks)
1oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP
EGG WHITE

•Combine ingredients and dry shake to areate egg
•Add large rock of ice and vigorously shake
•Double strain over ice in rocks glass
•Garnish with brandied cherry
