Hotel Georgia:

A creamy gin sour with lovely sweetness from the almond syrup. It gets its name from the famous Hotel Georgia in Vancouver B.C.

2oz GIN (@bombaysapphireus)
1oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3/4oz ORGEAT (@liberandco)
5 drops ORANGE BLOSSOM WATER
EGG WHITE
NUTMEG

•Combine ingredients and dry shake to aerate egg
•Add large rock of ice and shake more
•Double strain into chilled nick and nora glass
•Grate fresh nutmeg over top
