The Hotel Nacional Cocktail is the house drink of the famous hotel in Cuba. I had one years ago at @havana1920 in San Diego years ago and have been chasing it ever since.

1.5oz LIGHT RUM (@diplomaticorum)
1/2oz APRICOT LIQUEUR (#rothmanandwinter)
1oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4oz RICH SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with lime wheel
