Intro to Aperol:

If you’ve never had Aperol before I genuinely think this would be a good introduction. But so is a Spritz. I learned about Aperol in the most cliché way - drinking Spritz’s in Italy.

1oz GIN (@beefeatergin)
3/4oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/4oz SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with lemon peel
