Japanese Cocktail:
This cocktail first appears all the way back in 1862 in Jerry Thomas’ ‘Bartender’s Guide.’ It is one of the few cocktails in the book that is believed to be his own creation. Thank you to @spencerdouglass for the recommendation! If there is a cocktail you think I should make please reach out!
