Jungle Bird

If you’re like me and you want to like Campari but don’t yet, try this drink. It’s a delicious and refreshing tiki drink and it is not overwhelmed by the bitter Campari.

1.5oz JAMAICAN RUM (@appletonestateusa)
3/4oz CAMPARI (@campariofficial)
2oz FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1/2oz RICH DEMERARA SYRUP (@liberandco)

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Pour over crushed ice
•Garnish with pineapple fronds
