Kaiteur Swizzle:
I love a good swizzle, and this is no exception. This recipe come from the famed SF tiki bar Smuggler’s Cove. It is named after the Amazonian waterfall Kaieteur Falls, though spelled slightly different.

2oz AGED RUM (@coruba_rum)
1/2oz VELVET FALERNUM (@jdt_velvet_falernum)
1/2oz MAPLE SYRUP
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS (@angosturahouse)

•Line the inside of a Collins glass with a lime twist
•Fill with pebble ice
•Add ingredients
•Use a barspoon or swizzle stick to stir
•Top with pebble ice, stir more
•Garnish with mint bouquet and dehydrated lime
