I loved the presentation and just wanted to give it a try. ————— 1.5oz WHITE RUM (@havanaclub) 1/2oz MELON LIQUEUR (@midori_uk) 1/2oz FRESH LIME JUICE 1/2oz SIMPLE SYRUP HALF KIWI EGG WHITE ———–— •Muddle kiwi with sugar in shaker •Add egg white and dry shake •Add large rock of ice and vigorously shake to aerate egg •Double strain into rocks glass •Once egg settles, garnish with kiwi slice
