Little Italy:

An appropriately named Manhattan riff that incorporates Cynar. If you’re not used to Cynar, it’s a little rough at first. But keep powering through it and it’ll grow on you.

3/4oz SWEET VERMOUTH (@vermouthdolin)
1/2oz CYNAR (@cynarunofficial)

•Combine ingredients and stir
•Strain into chilled martini glass
•Garnish with cocktail cherry
