Mr. Bali Hai:
This drink comes from the ‘50’s, and it is the signature drink of the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego. This tiki drink brilliantly incorporates coffee liqueur. It is outstanding. I found a highball glass at a thrift store for this drink that I was so happy with, but I broke it just as I was about to pour. So that was neat.

1.5oz OVERPROOF RUM (@smithandcrossrum)
1oz WHITE RUM (@havanaclub)
1.5oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
3/4oz COFFEE LIQUEUR (@kahlua)
1oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/2oz 1:1 SIMPLE SYRUP

•Combine ingredients and shake
•Pour over crushed ice in highball
•Garnish with pineapple frond and cherry
