Naked & Famous:

This drink has a smokey flavor from the mezcal, bitter from the Aperol, herbal from the Chartreuse, and tart from the lime. These tastes combine to make perhaps my favorite cocktail I’ve tried so far. Both green and yellow chartreuse are very difficult to find right now due to a shortage. I was lucky to find a bottle in Friday Harbor and had to have it.

3/4oz MEZCAL (@doshombres)
3/4oz APEROL (@aperolspritzofficial)
3/4oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE
3/4oz FRESH LIME JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake for 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled coupe
•Garnish with lime wedge
